House Rules:
We expect you to treat the “Lounge” like you would your own home while you are visiting.
This home is in a Quiet & safe neighborhood.
No parking on the street.
Please be respectable of noise levels.
Please no music after 10:00 pm.
Please NO SMOKING in the “Lounge” & be very careful around the grounds as you are surrounded with oaks throughout the property.
Please NO animals.
Please NO unreported guests without approval.
The gifts & books in the gift shop are all priced and can be paid for at the end of your stay.
Please put all Toys and Games back so other guests may also enjoy them.
If you are using one of the air beds please deflate them
Please put all used sheets & towels into laundry room in a pile & all trash thrown away in trash cans.
Pricing:
Average Pricing is based on 2guests: $130.00 per night stay with a 2 night minimum stay
Up to 4 extra guests’ maximum at $60.00 per guest per night
House cleaning fee: $100.00
Damage refundable deposit: $500.00
Guests breaking any of our House Rules will lose their entire deposit, risk expulsion and will be responsible for
missing items and any and all damage.
Important Reminders:
Guests are not permitted to have additional people at our home other than registered guests. This includes gatherings, parties, dinners, and sleep-overs without prior approval
There is a strict noise ordinance in our county. Guests are required to adhere to the NO loud noise or music after 10pm inside or outside the home.
Our home is not child proofed.
Guests agree by signing below that if they break any of our House Rules will lose their entire deposit, risk expulsion and will
be responsible for missing items and any and all damage regardless of the booking company rules.
